## Prepare

- [ ] Choose a specific situation: introduce yourself, ask for directions or present your work.
- [ ] Write three ideas you want to communicate, without scripting the full answer.
- [ ] Choose useful phrases and check that you understand them.

## First attempt

- [ ] Try a complete response without reading a full script.
- [ ] Record it if possible and note where you get stuck.
- [ ] Check whether your meaning is clear before refining vocabulary and pronunciation.

## Revise and repeat

- [ ] Choose one issue that most affects understanding, verify it and revise.
- [ ] Say it again in your own words and compare the attempts.
- [ ] If you use AI feedback, check that its suggestions preserve your intended meaning.

## Revisit

- [ ] Keep one expression you can reuse in another situation.
- [ ] Change a detail and practice again rather than memorizing a single answer.
