## Apps and identity

- [ ] Verify app source, version, installation method and required permissions.
- [ ] Test activation, sign-in, account switching and sign-out with test accounts.
- [ ] Check that learning-app identity matches device-side identity.

## Validate a pilot

- [ ] Test network loss, restarts and app updates.
- [ ] Verify policy application, withdrawal and device recovery.
- [ ] Record pilot issues, retest outcomes and conditions for expansion.

## Operate and maintain

- [ ] Define procedures for lost devices, departing users and disabled accounts.
- [ ] Assign responsibility for data access and retention.
- [ ] Keep a rollback plan and operation log for future updates.
